Unlike extracts that isolate one compound, we use the whole organic food. This provides a broad-spectrum baseline of thousands of phytonutrients that work together—just as nature intended for daily consumption.
Brew with your favorite home brewing method (Keurig, pour over, French press, pot) using two (2) tablespoons of grinds per 6-8oz of hot water.
If using a regular coffee pot, we recommend a reusable filter. If brewing with a regular filter, we recommend 5 cups or less. Because we use real, whole organic cacao (not a chemical flavor or thin extract), it brews a bit slower and richer—just like a good espresso.
